SL1M Maybank

Assalamualaikum w.b.t Dan selamat sejahtera.

Hari ni aku nak share pengalaman SL1M Maybank. Aku apply Maybank sebab kawan aku cakap waktu training dia sediakan penginapan, makan & minum plus elaun. So aku tak payah nak fikir nak stay mana waktu training tu. Lagipun aku daripada Kelantan. Before this, aku penah dapat offer sl1m PNB for twice. First aku mintak tangguh sebab tak ready lagipun kena cari penginapan sendiri area KL. Deposit Umah plus sewa n utility, total area rm500 perhead. After one month, aku dapat call. Aku sebenarnye target dapat untuk intake April, but I get for intake Mac 2016. Sebab aku tangguh tu untuk intake Feb 2016. Oh yaa. Nak apply SLIM PNB ni senang je. Korang hantar je resume by online or drop waktu career fair. In Sha Allah akan dipanggil. Cuma lambat atau cepat je.

Now, nak citer pengalaman SL1M Maybank. Waktu tu aku da keje sambilan kat tahfiz sebagai kerani. Aku dapat call from Maybank cawangan pantai Timur, ask me to attend for interview kat branch Kota Bharu disebabkan aku stay Kelantan. I'm not sure the date for iv. Tapi seingat aku, aku mintak half day nga ustaz sebab nak attend iv tu. Aku baru sampai daripada JB to pasir mas. Pagi tu aku pegi iv TM dengan member aku. Kat situ ada 6 orang include dengan aku. Kitorang kena isi form segala bagai tuhh. First time kena isi banyak form.

Total candidates on that day, 6 orang include dengan aku. Yang bestnya sebelum iv tu ktorg sembang2 then amek contact no buat group Whatsapp. Padahal jupe sekali tu je, now still rapat macam dahh kenal lama.

Soklan waktu iv, dia tanya in BI. First question, tell me about yourself. Lepas tu, dia ada tanya sal ready ke nak buat sales? Sell our products? And bla..blaaa.. Aku compare experience aku as counselor trainee which nak invite client attend counseling sessions. I will use it for same ways. Dia tanya tentang commitment? How are you ready to replace in any other place? How about your ambition pun dia tanya, which who are you in 10 years? Iv session kitorang masuk one by one. Aku second person sebab main volunteer je masuk bilik iv tuhh. Ohh ya, dia ada provoke with our answer. But I prefer to answer and support my opinion. Member aku ada kena buat demo, sell phone. Nasib baik aku tak kena soklan tu. Hehehe.

Ok. That for first part. Which means intro tentang SL1M Maybank.

Ramadhan Kareem ~

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. 

Sedar tak sedar dah tahun 2016. Last post tahun 2014. Means 2 years ago. Dah lama tak share dalam blog. Disebabkan macam-macam media sosial dah ada sekarang. WhatsApp, Instagram, line, telegram, we chat dan banyak lagi. Blog still ada lagi cuma sekarang orang jarang dah nak blogging. Maybe yang still blogging tu memang top blogger or active. (Tak macam aku). 

Back to our topic, Ramadhan Kareem. That means we are celebrating Ramadhan and happy fasting for 1437H. Jom sama-sama kita gemukkan pahala serta kuruskan dosa. Aku sedar, I'm not perfect. But, we are teached to be better than yesterday. Am I right? For me, I still in learning process because what are we doing it is part of learning. For example, preparation before berbuka, we must cook some dishes. Honestly, I am not expert in cooking, but I still help my mum or ask what should I do. I am learning for some recipes. 

At night, we are perform solat terawih after solat isyak. Certain my friends, they did not perform terawih. I feel weird. When I look at their history, since childhood they do not perform solat at Masjid. Just do it by self. Buy, why ? It is depend on their culture of their family. Certain family, only son and father do terawih at Masjid while the daughter stay at home with their mother. It just my internal view. 

I think it is enough fof today. Maybe I continue for writing for next day. In Sha Allah. Let's smile because it is part of sedekah. =)
